ABOUT ME
My name is Laurence Bousquet, and I am an illustrator from Boston.
My work generally falls under the umbrella of editorial illustration— from illustrations for articles, to album and book covers, and even an occasional comic. Topics frequently covered— and primary sources of inspiration— are the trans* experience, mental illness, and the history of punk rock.
Most of my illustrations are a combination of traditional and digital mediums, usually ink line-art that is colored and completed in Adobe Photoshop. I also have a particular interest in cartoons. I received my BFA in Illustration at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2022.
